Terms of sale.
These terms apply to orders and commission inquiries placed with JURO in Nepal.
Orders and payment
Prices are in NPR and delivery is displayed separately. Cash-on-delivery orders enter processing when accepted. QR orders proceed after manual proof approval. A screenshot is not itself payment confirmation.
Availability and variation
Stock is confirmed at checkout. Small variations in colour, surface, and finish are normal characteristics of limited-run and hand-finished work.
Cancellation and issues
Customers may request cancellation before shipment. The studio must confirm it. Approved QR payments require a recorded manual refund before cancellation is final.
Commissions
An inquiry is a request for discussion, not a quote or accepted contract. Scope, price, timing, revisions, and rights are agreed separately.
